Task to Prepare

This module is all about the times when things go wrong. Each student is required to provide an example of a conflict situation/case which happened in real life. You are to explain briefly the conflict and then comment which tactics described in the previous reading of Negotiation & Persuasion would you recommend to be applied in such situation.

2 minutes per each speaker. No slides required. Reference to specific tactics in the reading is a must.
